At St. Mary Catholic School we know that families have many options when searching for an educational community for their students, and we appreciate the opportunity to show you the difference a St. Mary Catholic School education will make in the life of your student. Families choose a Catholic school for many reasons, but most importantly because they want their children to grow in knowledge, as well as, in faith and compassion.
Here, not only will your student receive a quality education with challenging academics and exciting extracurricular activities, but they will learn the importance of serving others and will learn a deep and abiding sense of faith. In our school, families of all faiths are welcome and invited to experience the education of mind, heart & spirit.
A Catholic education is by no means cost prohibitive. We are committed to keeping a Catholic education accessible, affordable and available for all families who seek one. Through the yearly commitment of the Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program, more families who apply and qualify for financial support are awarded tuition assistance each year. Families who enroll in St. Mary’s know that their investment—of time, sacrifice and support—is going to yield an abundant return through the educational life of their student.
Our curriculum is designed and approved through the Archdiocese, Texas Catholic Conference Educational Department and the National Catholic Education Association to prepare our students to be successful in a College Preparatory high school. Whether they choose to continue their Catholic education at nearby O’Connell College Preparatory School in Galveston, or a public, charter high school or one of the other Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston; your students will be well prepared when they leave the halls of St. Mary Catholic School. Not simply prepared for high school, but for university or military service and certainly for the global marketplace beyond.
