The Tuition Assistance Timeline has been set, and the link is posted below. The FACTS Tuition Assistance application will open in December for the subsequent school year. Applications will not be considered complete and cannot be reviewed until all required documentation listed below has been submitted to FACTS. To complete the application, families will need the following:
a. 2022 Tax Return and schedules
b. 2022 W-2
Families will need to complete the FACTS application and upload all required documentation by the Round 1 and Round 2 deadlines. . Award notification emails will be sent out the first week of March for Round 1 and the end of July for Round 2.

ACE Scholarship Application Link
The application window for the 2025-2026 school year opened today and will remain open until Tax Day, Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. in the time zone in which the school resides.
Returning families will not be required to upload documents, except for families in Louisiana and those awarded through the Philanthropic Investment in Arkansas Kids Scholarship (tax-credit) Program as required by law. Additionally, the updated income eligibility guidelines for the 2025-2026 school year can be found in the charts below. Eligibility is based on household’s total income, including taxable (line 9 on the 1040) and nontaxable income.
To enhance clarity and ensure families apply directly to ACE, families cannot apply for an ACE award through their school’s application in FACTS. Instead, they should utilize an ACE-specific application within FACTS. There will only be one application fee to avoid any additional costs.
