How to place students' orders
Step 1: Create an account
1. Click the Place Lunch Order link above.
2. Click Create account
3. Enter your information.
Step 2: Add your students that you will be
ordering lunches for
1. Enter first and last name
2. Select school
3. Select grade
4. Enter teacher name
5. Click add student
Step 3: Placing your order
1. Click place order
2. Select the student you are wanting to place and order for. This will bring up the menu.
3. Click the radio button by the item/items you wish to purchase. To order for the next week, click on next. It will take you to the next week menu. You may add all the items you've selected to your cart.
4. Once you have selected all the meals you would like to order, click add to cart. This will add any remaining items to your cart and take you to the checkout page.
5. Once all the meals have been ordered, click the shopping cart to check out. You will see a review of your order and a place to securely enter your credit card information and pay for you meals.
Step 4: Canceling a meal
1. Click place order to get back to the lunch calendar.
2. The menu for the week will show up with the meals you have ordered.
3. As long as it's before the cancellation deadline, a red button will appear that says Cancel Meal. Click on the Cancel Meal button.
4. A window will pop up and ask you to confirm that you would like to cancel the meal and will show you the credit that will be added to your School Lunch account for the purchase of future meals. Once you confirm, your meal will be cancelled, and the credit will be added to your account.
How to Place a Friday lunch order
If you have a FACTS account set up here’s how you can order Friday lunches through Family Portal.
Step 1: Login to your Family Portal Account.
1. Click Student.
2. Click Lunch.
3. Select Student Name
4. Click Create Web Order.
5. Click on your Student’s Name.
6. A dropdown menu will appear.
7. Click on the date and enter the quantity for each food item.
8. Continue for every Friday of the month.
9. Click submit order.
10. Verify your lunch order and click Confirm and Pay.
11. The payment method page will display your chosen FACTS account information.

12. Click authorize payment.
a transaction receipt will be sent to your e-mail.
Click Back to Calendar and you will see the items you ordered in Blue. Once the order deadline has passed you will only be able to view the Friday menu.
